Registered Nurse (RN) - The role of the RN is to ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met through weekly on site visits with the residents and staff.  The RN will ensure that staff s trained in medical procedures and policies which are current and up to date.  The RN will also ensure that the facility is in compliance with current clinical regulations and standards.  Must have a desire to work with the seniors.  Must be compassionate, patient, reliable, self-motivated and have good communication skills.  Ability to communicate well with residents and families explaining medical needs/changes related to resident's care as well as advocate for the proper services to be provided.  Must be able to relate professionally with residents, staff and family members, display a positive work attitude and be able to work as a team with other staff members.  Will work every other weekend and holiday rotation.  Position requires current RN licensing in the state of MN.  Benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401(k), if eligible.

  
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Union Position
- Under the direction of an RN, the LPN will provide supervision of all NA staff along with monitoring and providing appropriate care to the residents, and have good communication skills.  Duties to include but not limited to:  medications, injections, dressing changes, contacting families and physicians, staffing, and any delegated duties within the scope of practice.  Will work weekends as needed (not more than every other weekend) and holiday rotation.  Position requires current MN LPN licensing.  Benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401(k), if eligible.

            
Certified Nursing Assistant Union Position -  The nursing assistant is responsible for assisting all licensed nurses in the delivery of resident care.  Under the direction of the nurse, the nursing assistant is responsible for all personal care, with the emphasis on the activities of daily living of a group of assigned residents and records, and reporting unusual findings to the nurse.  Position requires nursing assistant certification or ability to complete class and pass exam within four months of hire (company will provide training or payment for training to become certified).  Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.  Benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401(k), if eligible.                  
                  
       
         
Trained Medication Aide (TMA) Union Position - The Trained Medication Aide (TMA) is responsible for the delivery of resident care.  Under the direction of an RN or LPN, the TMA is responsible for distributing medications to the correct residents at the assigned times, assisting residents with medication and treatment-related needs, and other tasks within their scope of practice.  The position requires a current nursing assistant certification and passing a TMA course that is accepted in Minnesota with good standing.  Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.  Benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401(k), if eligible.

      
Dietary Aide Union Position
- Under the direction of the cook and Dietary Manager, the Dietary Aide will help coordinate and complete preparation and serving of snacks and meals, to ensure nutritional needs of residents are met, as well as assisted in maintaining kitchen work areas and keeping equipment, utensils, and food plates clean and orderly.  Will work every other weekend and holiday rotation.  Benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401(k), if eligible.         
      
      

Cook - Prepare nutritious meals for residents, serve and clean up resident meals, prepare baked goods for snacks, prepare for following day.  Will work every other weekend and holiday rotation.  Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, Colonial Life, Flexible Spending, PTO, and 401(k), if eligible.
                       
           
Housekeeping/Laundry
- Clean resident rooms, common areas, assists with laundry, and other tasks as needed.  Day shift will work every other Saturday and holiday rotation.  Benefits include Colonial Life, Paid Time Off (PTO), and 401(k), if eligible.
