Director of Nursing (Salaried):  The Director of Nursing is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, staffing, directing, analyzing and evaluating the nursing services of the department, as well as supervising members of the nurse team and others as assigned, in order to provide effective nursing services that meet practice and quality standards. The Director of Nursing will relate professionally, positively and cooperatively with residents, families and co-workers of all levels. The Director of Nursing will maintain quality care that assures facilities policies and procedures are current and followed as well as in compliance with state and federal regulations. Current RN licensure in the state of MN. Licensed Practical Nurse (Union Position)– Under the direction of an RN, the LPN will provide supervision of all NA staff along with monitoring and providing appropriate care to the residents. Duties to include but not limited to: medications, injections, dressing changes, contacting families and physicians, staffing, and any delegated duties within the scope of practice. Will work every other weekend and holiday rotation. Position requires current MN LPN licensing. Certified Nursing Assistant (Union Position)- The nursing assistant is responsible for assisting all licensed nurses in the delivery of resident care. Under the direction of the nurse, the nursing assistant is responsible for all personal care, with the emphasis on the activities of daily living of a group of assigned residents and records, and reporting unusual findings to the nurse. Position requires nursing assistant certification or ability to complete class and pass exam within four months of hire (company will provide training or payment for training to become certified). Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.
             

Dietary Aide (Union Position)– Part-time evening shift 4:00–7:00 pm: Under the direction of the cook and Dietary Manager, the aide will help to coordinate and complete preparation and serving of snacks and meals, to ensure nutritional needs of residents are met, as well as assist in maintaining kitchen work areas and keeping equipment, utensils, and food plates clean and orderly. Will work every other weekend and holiday rotation. Benefits include paid time off (PTO) and 401(k), if eligible.


Home Health Aide - Assisted Living (Union Position) -Duties will include medication administration under the supervision of an RN, assistance with ADL's, laundry & housekeeping, activities, and more!  Full-time and Part-time positions. Seeking motivated caregivers to provide excellent customer service to our Assisted Living residents!


Activity Aide (Union Position)- The Activity Aide assists in running the daily activities, including social, spiritual, recreational and group activities.  Must enjoy working with seniors to enrich their lives!  Full-time position available.  Every other weekend is required.
