Nursing Services
Our professionally trained nurses provide skilled care to every resident 24-hours a day, seven days a week.  A wide variety of the services that we provide include the following:
  • Oxygen/Respiratory Care
  • Tube Feedings
  • Rehabilitation/Restorative Nursing
  • Ostomy and Wound Care
  • Plus Many More!

Specialized Therapy Services
A full range of professional therapeutic services are provided.  A lot of our residents come in for short term therapy stays as we have contracted therapies with Altru Health System.  Altru provides both in and out patient therapy to the nursing home and community.

Activities Galore
All of the activities that we are able to offer our residents are designed to meet the individual needs of each resident for entertainment, exercise, relaxation, creativity, psychosocial, and spirituality.

Social Worker
The Social Worker of Oakland Park Communities coordinates admission to the facility and assists in discharge planning, coordinates Adult Day Care services, acts as the resident advocate, and assists residents and family with concerns.  The Social Worker also coordinates resident care planning meetings, arranges medical appointments, and acts as the Quality Assurance Coordinator for our communities.

What's Cooking at OPC
We are proud to be able to offer our residents delicious home-cooked meals and snacks daily.  If needed, medically prescribed diets are available to meet the individual needs of each resident.  Every resident is monitored to assure that their nutritional needs are met and maintained to their optimal levels.
